2016 remodel included new furnace and central air, new roof, new replacement windows, added 1/2 bath, electrical service under ground, new 4 inch well, new front porch, new septic tank 1000 gallon , new 50 gallon water heater, new outside water hydrant, eliminated flat roof on back, added 2 large windows to back of house to view deer and turkeys and other wildlife, hook up for washer and dryer, new tile in kitchen and breakfast nook. The house is always so bright with natural light. The kitchen cabinets were a fun little project, but will be changed, upon buyers request. Brand new laminate was put into the living room, just a couple months ago, along with fresh paint. The rest of the house will have a face-lift, and brightened up with fresh paint, as well. The bright colors brought some uniqueness to the open kitchen, but personal preference does not trump buyers wishes.
