    Freshly painted, private second floor room with ceiling fan, shared bath, and shared kitchen available in a quaint, historic Quincy home located near Quincy Center. 0.9 miles from Quincy Center MBTA on the red line. Hardwood floors. The owner is my father, an elderly man who lives on the first floor. He has one cat and two other roommates. The kitchen is also shared. No smoking and no pets allowed. One driveway parking spot is available for $100 additional per month. If you have a background in caretaking, we will consider reduced rent in exchange for light elder care duties. The room lease will be month to month. There is no extra fee to rent the room. We will collect a one-month security deposit ($850) plus first and last month's rent ($2550 total).
