The 3rd floor master's has a second bedroom and two full bathroom down the hall for either another roommate or a work office. The home is about a half mile to the south east corner of Sloans Lake and the Patio Restaurant and Odell brewery etc. The Empower Stadium is next door if you enjoy live music and events. The bike path behind the stadium take you to Lohi/Union Stations which are about 2 miles away. Edgewater is on the west side of the lake and has Joyride brewery, the edgewater market, Lot 46 for music, and more. One off street parking space and lots of street parking all around the neighborhood Utilities are $200-300 but currently set up with internet for the air bnb. 12 month or custom
