INCOME REQUIREMENTS: Gross income should be 2.5 times the rent. LANDSCAPING: Tenant to maintain landscaping; Regular watering, weeding, edging, mowing, etc. outside their front door and patio. SMOKING: All of our homes are smoke free. MARIJUANA: This property will not allow the growing or smoking of marijuana. Yearly lease. Renter is responsible for all utilities (gas, water, electricity etc. ). 1st month rent, security deposit (refundable minus cleaning fee at move out), and key deposit (refundable) required at signing. No smoking. No pets. Renter is responsible for adhering to HOA rules. Any fees incurred by not adhering to HOA rules will be the renter's responsibility. Renter's insurance is required and owner must be listed as interested party.
