Despite being more than 1200 sq feet, because only the bathroom is enclosed, the house is best for a single person or couple. You can arrange the area to suit your needs but there's room for a bedroom area, living area, dining area, office area and more. The kitchen is modern and has all the necessities - disposal, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/oven. The floors are a mix of maple and concrete. I would love to leave the 2 big art pieces on the wall because they work so well. They were painted by local artist Richard Louis Perri, who has his studio on 7th street.
