Or they can take a few steps out of the front door to explore nearby boutique shops, eat at delicious restaurants, and shop at the summer farmers' market. Application fee is $55 per person. Tenant will be responsible for utilities (gas, electric, water, waste) and for a tenant maintenance package fee of $39.99 per month. Pets negotiable. Additional $25 per month pet rent + additional refundable deposit. There is a lease administration fee of $99 at the start of year-long term and $49.99 each subsequent term thereafter.
