The house feels like new and features oak flooring, tall ceilings with skylights, a soaking tub, kitchen center island and a beautiful wood burning stove. The house also has central air conditioning and heat. Refrigerator, dishwasher, gas oven/stove, washer, drier, ceiling fans, and window coverings are included. An onsite well and water treatment system provides plenty of potable and irrigation water, and a robust solar panel system provides nearly free electricity. Upper Lopez Canyon Road is paved up to the corner of property. The first non-paved creek crossing is past the property. The house is fully furnished including all appliances and kitchen wares. Linens can also be provided. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has full size and twin bunk and another twin bed. Bedroom 3 has one queen bed and one twin bed. Pack and Play is available. Dining area has 3 tables and can seat 10+. One TV in living room. No TV service but Starlink internet works well for streaming. Lease terms are negotiable. Monthly, 6-month, or 12-month lease is OK. No smoking whatsoever in or around the structures, and preferably none on the property. Animals including livestock are welcome, but there are currently no fenced areas or animal housing/feeding structures. There is a RV barn and camping area with hookups on the north side of the property that is currently occupied by a family on a month to month agreement. There is a 2004 Class-C RV that is available for rent that has 4 sleeping spaces, and there are room for other RVs with some electrical and non potable water connections.
