We have a cute, renovated 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house available sometime in mid-August that is mere minutes from uptown Charlotte. The entire house was renovated in 2020 with a new tiled bathroom, renovated kitchen and bedrooms. The only thing we kept were the hardwood floors. There is a spacious den and the bedrooms are all of a good size. The house comes with all appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. But the single best thing about the house is its location. Its located on a quiet street that is literally 3-4 minutes from uptown Charlotte so everything is convenient. In the spirit of full transparency, the two small things I don't love about the house are that the washer and dryer are in a corner of the kitchen and there is no fenced in back yard (the backyard is small, most of the lot is the front yard). But other than that, the house is great, the location is excellent and we have it priced extremely well to take into account those two factors.
