Myself and my roommates are looking for a female Stout student to sublease a room at our house from January to May 2016 since one of our roommates will be graduating in the fall. We are all very friendly and like to hang out together and keep a pretty relaxed house. I have a cat and one of my roommates has a Springer Spaniel who is very sweet. Both pets will be living at the house so you much be comfortable around pets. We also do weekly chores to keep the house relatively clean and ask that you do your part and respect others in the house.About the house:This house is one of the nicest ones I have seen for student housing in Menomonie and is in a really nice location being just a 5 minute walk away from Red Cedar dorms where you can catch the bus to school every 15 minutes! It's about a 10-15 minute walk to south campus and 5-10 minute walk to the bars. There are two downstairs bedrooms and two upstairs, all bedrooms have a closet and the whole house has wood floors. We have a washer and dryer in the basement as well as ample storage down there. We also have a long driveway which we share with the neighbor but we can all park in it just fine. There is only one bathroom on the main floor which we all share but it seems to work out alright for us. We also have a great landlord who is super friendly and nice and this is her only property in Menomonie so if there's ever a problem she is here right away to fix it unlike other landlords in town.
