To ensure that we rent to the right tenant, we have a screening process in place. WE WILL LOOK AT YOUR CREDIT AND RENTAL HISTORY, INCOME, AND EMPLOYMENT STATUS THROUGH ZILLOW TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN AFFORD THE RENT AND THAT YOU HAVE A RELIABLE PAYMENT HISTORY. We also require references from previous landlords to ensure that you have a history of taking care of rental properties.
We do have certain deal breakers, however, that we want to make clear from the outset. We do not tolerate any unethical behavior, such as smoking inside and any criminal activity, on our property. We also cannot rent to tenants with a history of previous evictions. Furthermore, we have a limit on the number of occupants and pets in the property to ensure that there is no overcrowding or damage to the property.
