THE SPACE
Upon entering the home the first thing you will notice is the soaring foyer with its 18 ft ceiling and wrought iron circular staircase on the main level. On the left is the open plan living room and dining room with its rich leather couches and grand dining table that can be extended to accommodate up to10 people. From there you enter the chefs kitchen which features a double fridge/freezer, double convection oven, and gas stove. Service for 12 is included in the dining china and cutlery. The kitchen also includes a dining nook which will seat 6 people and a bar with seating for 4. The kitchen is open to the family room which features a brand new comfortable sectional couch, gas fireplace and 70 inch Smart TV. The custom-built fireplace cabinet and rear bookcase add a touch of class to the family room. Located directly behind the family room is the laundry room with a new industrial-level oversize washer and dryer. Also behind the family room is the first floor bathroom with a new glass-enclosed shower, toilet and vanity. Finally, just off the living room is the combination bedroom/office with a brand new queen-size Murphy bed which can be lowered when needed. The office features an electric stand up/sit down desk, an office chair, and a recliner.
The second level contains four bedrooms with a large landing area overlooking the entry foyer. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size Purple brand mattress, 2 walk-in closets, 2 vanity/mirrors, an enclosed toilet area with bidet, an updated shower with an amazing shower head and a separate stand alone soaking tub. Next to the Primary bedroom is the Queen room which features a premium queen mattress and double nightstands. Also on the second level is the King room which contains a luxury king mattress, a 55 inch smart TV, double nightstands and a large walk-in closet with storage for clothes along with a portable Pack 'n Play and Nordic Track exercise machine. Next to the King room is the Twin room which features a luxury twin mattress and double nightstands. Rounding out the top floor is the shared bathroom with a separate double vanity and updated shower/bathtub and toilet area.
OUTSIDE LIVING
Outside the home you will find plenty of areas where your family can rest and rejuvenate. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with professional landscaping featuring a number of fruit trees, flowers, bushes and a garden. Included in the backyard is the patio area with a separate BBQ and smoker, a covered and lighted patio area with a table and seating for 6. The front patio contains 2 Adirondak chairs with an outdoor side table featuring a fire pit for ambiance and heat on cooler nights. The driveway will accommodate up to 4 vehicles for off-street parking. Note that access to the garage is not available for residents. The home is located on a cul-de-sac with very minimal traffic in the front of the house. For those with allergies the home is strictly non-smoking and we are pet-friendly.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Our home is set up mainly to serve as a Mid-Term Rental (MTR) for individuals, groups or families that need accommodations for more than 1 month and typically less than 6 months. With that said, we are able to accommodate longer term tenants with the follow answers to common questions:
Q: Does the house come with the furniture?
A: Yes, the house is set up for immediate move-in with everything needed to support a full family included. Just bring your suitcase and your car and we provide everything else!
Q: What are the lease terms?
A: Minimum rental period is 1 month. After that is is month-to-month.
Q: Are there any discounts for signing a long term lease?
A: Kind of. If you stay for 9 months the 10th month is free.
Q: What other considerations should I be aware of as a long term tenant?
A: Please be aware that the garage is NOT INCLUDED in the rent as it is locked and is chalk full of our stuff while we are gone.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: After a review of the type, age and breed of pet, they are generally welcome.
Utilities up to $250/month are included in the rent. $3,000 refundable security deposit is required with first month's rent.
