Beach towels NOT provided. - We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. House Rules: - No pets allowed - NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment. - Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock - No more than 1 vehicle is permitted to park on the property. The parking lot is shared with the other units in the complex, and 1 space is assigned to each unit. There are no additional parking spaces available. - Please park only in the 1 assigned parking space for unit 3. - Be respectful of other guests in the complex by keeping noise volumes low. - In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. - Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells. - Utilities and internet provided - Rent due 1st of every month
