TERMS: * Rent: monthly with a 1-year lease * Lease period: minimum 1 yr * Refundable Security deposit: equal to 1 months' rent * NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS of any kind (including pot) in the house. Strongly prefer no pets. Pets will cost extra and be evaluated on a case-by-case basis (depending on the type of pet) * Utilities: Tenant pays for own utilities (garbage, electricity, gas, water, internet). * Parking: 1-car Garage + driveway + free 24/7 street parking. The garage will be available for use. * Washer / Dryer (Laundromat) available in-house at no cost. * Tenant must carry renter's insurance as part of the lease * Background check, proof of income/employment and a reference check are needed prior to move-in. About the House: * 3 beds, 2 baths: One of the rooms is a master and has its own bathroom. The other two rooms share the 2nd bath. * Dining Area, Living Room, Kitchen, Patio, Backyard * The house will be rented unfurnished: all furniture will be removed and the house will be cleaned out before move-in. * Everything is clean and in impeccable condition. Fully-functioning / excellent-condition appliances (fridge, oven, microwave oven, hi-end stove, dishwasher). * Free Laundry (washer and dryer) within the house Looking for: * A mature, quiet, and responsible tenant. Small families (with up to 3 adults) are welcome * Strictly no pets, drugs, or smoking allowed in the house. Drugs including pot are not allowed * You value a clean home and will take good care of it.
