Cozy cottage in downtown Nevada City available for short term rental. This is a small but charming guest house located within easy walking distance to downtown Nevada City, and Pioneer Park. It has a full kitchen, bedroom, and bath, along with private interior laundry room. It comes fully furnished, and all utilities, water, internet are included in the rent. All linens, dishes, etc are included with the rental. Although it is in the rear yard of the main home, the location is fairly private, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Walk to downtown, and all the events at Pioneer Park! All utilities included along with internet. 30 day minimum stay, and up to 5 months available at this time. Tenant would need to be out by July 1st as the place will be occupied during the summer. One or two tenants only as this only has one bedroom, and there is no other sleeping space.
