THERE'S NO PRIVATE BATHROOM IN THE SPACES FOR RENT. No more pets... Sorry. Security deposit is equal to a months rent. Ome person only. We have quiet hours here. We have fun sometimes, but this is NOT a place for excessive partying. Everyone MUST respect the peace and be a respectful roommate.
