You will have close contact with one neighbor and share a yard. One neighbor is elderly and needs a polite neighbor. The studio apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen with a hotplate and fridge, and a mini-split for heating and cooling. It is a cute, funky place, and we are looking for an excellent, respectful tenant. This free-standing studio building is large enough for one person, we are not looking for a couple or family to fill this space.
