There is a bedroom on the main floor with a large closet and built in shelving. We have recently added a split unit to provide additional heat and air conditioning to the main bedroom. An upstairs bedroom has ample closet space and is light and cheerful.

We are looking for long term responsible tenants that will appreciate the work we have put in to make this a lovely place to call home! If you have a minimum credit score of 690 and solid references we would be happy to discuss your rental needs.
This is a long term rental and we would prefer a minimum year lease. We would consider a friendly pet (small dog or cat) or an alternate lease length depending on the situation. We currently have a tenant so we are limiting showings to those parties that meet all criteria and are serious candidates.
The tenant is responsible for the utilities, lawn maintenance, and snow removal.
