This is a Brand new modular home just finished in October of 2022. It is located on Avenue E in Big pine key on a canal with easy backcountry and Atlantic access. Some views of the ocean and in a very nice quiet area of Big Pine Key. Renter pays all utilities no smoking and no pets allowed. The renter will also need to pay for dockage and canal access if needed. If not needed the dockage access will be rented to someone else. Call for dockage fees. Will require first and last months rent up front. House will be checked on Occasionally to make sure it is being taken care of. Renters will be run through a security check before signing of lease agreement.
