Roommate Wanted (luxurious 2 bedroom space) Our roommate of two years is moving to NY for work, and we are looking for the right person to take his place. He is vacating two upstairs bedrooms in our single family home, along with a private bath, and bunch of kitchen space. The bathroom is spacey with dual sinks, and the bedrooms have their own hallway for extra privacy. Ideally, we are looking for a clean, mature, stable, employed non-smoker with minimal guests. Someone who wants their home to be quiet, safe, and non confrontational like we do. Use of the washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and utilities are all included. Ideally, we are looking to rent the space, as a unit, as it is now, or to two people who don't mind sharing a bathroom. Proof of income and $900 security deposit required. We prefer someone who plans to stay at least a year. No pets with 4 paws (firm on this).
