This is a shared house with 5 bedrooms. This is the corner bedroom upstairs with lots of space, and a shared bathroom with 1 other tenent. The house is very close the the 10 freeway (2 minutes), as well as walkable to CVS, supermarkets, and some fast food and resturants. There is a shared living room downstairs that has a sofa and TV. The kitchen will be shared as well with marked cabinet space for each room as well as a shared fridge. There is lots of available street parking. There is a automatic gate to the property and this room is in the back house. The inside parking is not included and might have open space availble for rent. Our family lives in the front house that is detached and seperated from the back house. If any issues occurs, we are available for quick help. Looking for 6 month to 1 year lease.
