    For rent is a 2/2 unit on a duplex with on-suite bath in master bedroom. Recently rehabbed so everything is very new inside (cabinets, showers, toilets, tile floors, etc). New energy efficient A/C unit to keep power bills low during the hot Florida summers. Current tenant states her power bills have been around $70 each month with keeping her AC at 72 degrees inside. Tenant is responsible for power and water. Water is paid to landlord on top of rent amount and has been around $50 for each of the last 24+months. Qualified applicants must have income greater than 3x current rent. First month rent and security deposit of $1000 due before move in. Application fee is $25 per adult which is the cost of background/credit/criminal check. Owner pays trash service and lawn service. Tenant pays power directly to TECO, water is paid by tenant but bill is in the owner's name so that is paid to the owner every month on top of rent. This results in water bill 50% less than if tenants had to pay directly to water company. Water bill has been $50 each month for the last 18 months.
