We are looking for the right people to live in our space for the winter season, minimal maintenance duties (like snow removal) and caretaking in exchange for cheap rent. We are looking for responsible, respectful, and stable tenants while we are in and out of town this winter. This full size, fully furnished, downstairs apartment features water and landscape views, all brand new high-end furniture, a full kitchen, an office space, and a large storage area. It is one bedroom, one bath, with a large living/dining room featuring a fold out couch. There is a yard, an off street parking space, and a barbecue grill. Washer and dryer on site, freshly serviced baseboard heat and additional heat pump. The unit will be outfitted with all brand new linens, pots, pans, utensils, etc. We are currently painting the unit and having heated tiling installed in the bathroom, so finished pictures are not yet available. However, we are able to show the space to qualified interested persons. Credit and background checks will be required, as will references and proof of employment. Small pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Available dates will be mid September through mid April, with a little bit of flexibility on either end.
