Before I bought it, I found that the builder was one of the only builders at that time exceeding building specifications. ie: concrete strength. connections to foundation. ( bolt downs that hold the home on the foundation for earthquakes) Also This subdivision at that time seemed to be the homes that are QUALITY built. If you compare my home to other subdivisions in Coalinga you will be able to see the difference in quality. The only homes that might exceed or compare are a few custom homes. (Proud of my choice)
