High ceiling in front but very low ceiling in back living room and upstairs bedroom. Hardwood floors, small bathrooms, big backyard, nice trees, kitchen very separated from the living space. I would remodel and open up the first two rooms to open floor plan and completely remodel the back room and upstairs opening it up over the garage and increasing the ceiling height and indoor weight with sky windows. Feels dark and small currently. Energy efficient.
