Has to be ok with dogs which will show up sometimes. Shared bathroom with clean and tidy tenants. Most of the time there's no one home in the day time weekdays. Kitchen can be used and shared anytime, just no heavy cooking. We are very nice and easy to communicate landlord. There's parking on the street, easy to park. Laundry in house by the garage.
