CRIMINAL HISTORY- An applicant will be rejected if he/she has been convicted of a felony or any type of crime that would be considered a threat to the rental property, other residents or neighbor. SMOKING- Smokers need not apply as smoking or vaping is not permitted on the property. PETS- Pets are NOT allowed under normal circumstances.
