Shared spaces include: living room, dining area, kitchen, and back deck. Tenant is responsible for cleaning up after themselves when using dishware, cookware and kitchen appliances and all shared spaces. Tenant is responsible for washing and drying all linens (optional linen package available for +$25/month - required to return in same condition at completion of lease agreement), maintaining clean, organized bedroom, cleaning up after themselves in shared spaces, and collaborating with other housemates in order to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and clean living environment for all tenants. Tenant responsible to collaborate with housemates and place trash and recycling bins on curb by Monday evening for Tuesday morning collection each week. Post pickup, bins are to be returned and stored along the Right side of the house next to AC unit. 30-day written notice required for any request to move out prior to the agreed upon, signed lease dates.
