SUB-LEASER NEEDED Great apartment in the Malibu Palms complex located right on the corner of Virginia Beach Blvd and Rosemont Rd! Very quick access to 264 and Town Center! Cats and all size dogs are welcome (25/month pet rent and pet deposit required with apartment office) but some breed restrictions apply. Apartment has been kept very clean, no noisy neighbors, parking right outside of the building, and a patio with courtyard view! Apartment office staff is super friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Apartment will be rented "as is" meaning the complex will not be coming to replace carpets or professionally clean. We will clean carpets, fill nail holes, paint, etc. Will pay for the first month of washer and dryer rental (30/month) as well as the $200 deposit. Washer and dryer can be removed if it is preferred to use the shared laundry facilities located directly next to the apartment. An application will need to be submitted to the apartment office in order to be approved. A $50 fee applies for this. Lease is until February 2019. Renter is responsible for water, electric, and cable.
