The historic Gage Mansion was built in 1896 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Along with the home for sale, the purchase price includes the 35' x 26', two floor carriage house which is behind the home. The second floor of the carriage house is an apartment and the first floor of the house has Sweet Annie Herbs at the moment. Some of the unique features of the Gage Mansion are a three-story turret, hand-carved woodwork, six fireplaces, stained glass windows, ornate chandeliers, and a 35' x 16' ballroom.
