If you would like to bring your own furniture, you are welcome to and we can clear it out. We live on the top floor (a couple with an 11 year old and our two dogs) and you have the 1st floor private apartment to yourself with separate entrance, parking space, you have a stone patio to yourself and the side of house near your apartment is an outdoor hang out space with chairs, fire pit, and tiki torches. We also just built a walking/biking trail through the woods surrounding the house you can use as well. Apartment is large with lots of windows and has all new furniture and fully stock kitchen equipment. WiFi is strong and works outside. Just 8 minute car ride from downtown New Paltz, 5 minutes to uptown or to SUNY WiFi is strong and works outside. Detached garage if you need to store a bike . Lots of outdoor space. We also have a pool you are free to use. Looking for someone who wants a 1 year lease but open to other durations. First month, last month, security deposit due on signing.
