This home has been well maintainted. Never has there been a time when the home owner neglected this property under any circumstance. New carpets a couple of years ago and shampooed every six months and air ducts were just cleaned in summer. This house should show in a slow market how fast a good solid house can sale. You will know what you get with this house and can depend upon living in a good quality home that has never been rented or not taken care of. This is a non-smoking house and never has been smoked in. Neighborhood Description Great Neighborhood very quite and no crime in the 6 or so years I have lived there. Two good neighbors on each side of me and lots of other good neighbors who take care of their homes and mow their lawns. Very close to schools and way out of the major traffic of Federal Way. I believe this is the best available starter house on the Market in Federal Way. The house has been very good to me and I haven't spent any money ever on having to fix anything that wasn't a renovation. This is a solid house that was been well taken care of by a very proud 1st time home owner. Great Front Yard, Beautiful Magnolia Tree in the late spring in the front yard. Wonderfully painted house with lots of updates and a partially remodeled bathroom. There is not one house in all of Federal Way that is this style that has the availabilty for a custom built home theatre.
