This is a private large bedroom and private bathroom in a shared house (utilities included). Our large bedroom will be available for rent beginning Sept 1. Girls only, please :) There are several young ladies who currently reside in our spacious, westside home. Majority of us are students or young professionals. If we are not at work, nor at school, we enjoy having friends come over for outdoor barbecues, game nights, and study sessions! The house has a W/D and the room has private bath and shower. We have a large outdoor deck, a two-car garage, and a spacious driveway for parking if you own a vehicle. First month's rent and security deposit is due upon move in. $925 for deposit.
