The condo is an easy bike ride to Uptown using a bike lane or the curving, shady greenway. The area is noted for its many parks and proximity to Uptown, and Frazier Park, just a short walk down the greenway trail from the condo. We live in the city, a couple of miles away and will be available if anything is needed. The neighborhood The neighborhood was developed by EC Griffith, who also developed Dilworth, so there are many similarities in the neighborhoods, including the craftsman bungalows and wide sidewalks. The tree canopy is especially heavy here. The residents are a mix of long-timers and more recent arrivals, and the active neighborhood association does a great job of balancing the needs of the entire neighborhood as new development takes place. Getting around walk, bike, bus, or drive. Other things to note There are several restaurants nearby, accessed via the greenway trail, including an old-school Italian restaurant, classic burger place, high-end dining and a very popular grill, Pinky's (which is hard to miss with the VW Beetle on its roof!)
