The bedroom is in the Northeast corner of the basement floor and is approximately 140 square feet. It's carpeted, has an open closet of approximately 18 square feet, and has two windows, one each on the North and East side of the room, the North being big enough to pass through. The space is shared with other occupants of up to four total rented rooms. It has a main floor and a basement floor with two bedrooms on each. Three of the bedrooms are rented out to tenants while the fourth is used by the property manager who lives on the premises (who is counted as a "roommate"). The Main floor has a bathroom with a large counter space sink, mirror cabinet, toilet, and full tub and shower; a full kitchen with dining area; and a linen closet in the hallway.
