    The bedroom is in the Northeast corner of the basement floor and is approximately 140 square feet. It's carpeted, has an open closet of approximately 18 square feet, and has two windows, one each on the North and East side of the room, the North being big enough to pass through. The space is shared with other occupants of up to four total rented rooms. It has a main floor and a basement floor with two bedrooms on each. Three of the bedrooms are rented out to tenants while the fourth is used by the property manager who lives on the premises (who is counted as a "roommate"). The Main floor has a bathroom with a large counter space sink, mirror cabinet, toilet, and full tub and shower; a full kitchen with dining area; and a linen closet in the hallway. There is a front room (living room) that is currently unavailable for use. In the kitchen, there are two fridges with freezers. Each one is shared between two roommates. The basement floor has a bathroom with a small counter space sink, toilet, and standup shower; washer and dryer; large room (entertainment space); and a utility closet in the hallway where the AC is located. There are also two storage rooms that are currently unavailable for use for now. The lease is for as short as month to as long as a year, in full month increments. Though the listing states rent at $475/month, it's defaultly $675, then tenants receive a partial refund based on how many tenants paid for the month. The location is ideal with regards to places to eat and general shopping as there are several restaurants and a Walmart just a block away. (Sorry there are no pictures. Each month, after all tenants have paid their rent of $675 (so that there's a record), if exactly three tenants paid, then each paying tenant will be refunded $100, essentially making the rent $575/month/tenant for three tenants; However, if exactly four tenants paid, then each paying tenant will be refunded $200 instead, essentially making the rent $475/month/tenant for four tenants. This means that as the number of tenants fluctuate month to month, so does the refund amount relative to the current number of paying tenants.
