Hello! I'm looking for a respectful, quiet roommate to move in to the master bedroom in my beautiful house in Temecula (I currently live out of town). There are currently 2 male roommates who are kind, respectful, helpful around the house, and keep to themselves. The home itself is 2650 sf and is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It's in a super convenient location, and it is about a 3 minute drive from Pechanga Casino, multiple grocery stores, and shopping centers. It has also been newly renovated (the kitchen is brand new)! Rent is $1,350/ month for a single person and $1,450 for a couple. Utilities and internet are included. It is also furnished, so it's ready to be moved into. The security deposit is $1,000. No pets. The room has a closet and parking is available in the driveway/street. Room is available on 8/1. Not allowed: pets, smoking, drugs, parties, and overnight guests. Tenant also not allowed to use home address for business license and activities. Tenant must have renter's insurance.
