History is evaluated on a case-by-base basis, based on Seattle's Fair Chance Housing Ordinance, and evaluation of history will be based on factors including: nature and severity of offense, number and types convictions, age at time of conviction, evidence of good tenant history, time since date of conviction, and supplemental information. - Application acceptance prioritizes those who can move in earlier.
