From the main road the mountain first half mile is paved but the last mile of this mountain road is part paved & part gravel back & forth. It's a lovely seasonal drive whether the dogwoods or mountain Laurels or Tiger Lilies are blooming or the beautiful fall leaves hang or fall among the beams of sunlight dancing in the trees. Our Home has cheerful colors with 3 windows in the main floor bedroom. There are 2 windows and a glass door lin the living/dining/kitchen area. There's a window at the top and also at the bottom of the stairs to the 2nd bedroom/ living space which has oneo window in that room. There is a yard light beside the porch. Parking is only a few steps away from the well lit front porch & paved driveway. There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. The garage/basement is part of rental. The utility building is Not part of the rental. There is NO place to store your furniture or equipment or anything in yard or home. NO smoking of anything is allowed inside the home. NO illegal drugs allowed in the home or on the property. You are responsible for keeping the home clean. Renter is Not allowed to repaint, wallpaper or anything else. Renter is not allowed to make holes in wall for pictures, hooks or anything else. Deposit & 1st month Rent is due before move-in date & deposit will be refunded after end of lease if: Tenant has completed the full lease of payments on time every month & if there are no damages or missing items then the deposit will be returned within 30 days after these specifications are complete to contract. Mountain top home is in a lovely setting with privacy yet owners nearby. Paved driveway and private parking for 2 vehicles. NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING INCLUDING NO VAPING INSIDE HOME but is allowed on porch or outside. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND HOME. Smoke alarms throughout & a carbon monoxide alarm. Renters responsible for their own insurance for their personal property. Owner responsible for insurance on dwelling. There is NO PLACE FOR STORAGE of any furniture, tools, unlicensed vehicles, or any large items for renter. The UTILITY BUILDING is NOT part of the rental. Private Parking in paved driveway beside porch. Deposit is returned if: All rent is paid on time including all lease payments & after last month's rent is paid & if inspection after renter moves out shows no damages or removed items & if renter has removed All their belongings.
