One of the closets is a walk-in closet in the on suite bathroom, it comes with double vanity. The 4th bedroom is downstairs near the living area for the night owl in the family. The downstairs bedroom can also be used as an office area, a quiet work space away from sleeping family members or friends. The kitchen and family room is downstairs and has an open living area which over looks the pool. The entire back yard is gated for children or pets. The pool & spa has recently been updated with new Pebble Tech coating & LED lights to set the mood in the evening. You can swim laps or lounge at your leisure on the sitting steps. There's a spacious front yard with a combination of grass and succulent plants. Everyone has loved staying in the home, we are very fortunate to have returning guests, who have been staying for their annual visit. We look forward to hosting you too.
