House is 7 min drive to med center, 15 min by bus, 12 min by bike, or 9 min drive/14 min bike ride (but 45 min by bus) to SUNY. Seeking graduate students, male or female, single, to rent a bedroom and share the house. May consider young professionals in early to mid 20s. Beautiful suburban area of Albany (Buckingham Pond), quiet, low crime. House is 1971 era. Central forced air gas heat, central air, in house laundry, plenty of street parking. Nice backyard. Renter will pay a share of all utilities and of every other week professional cleaning, yard work. Plan for max 4 tenants, each with their own bedroom. One year lease, will consider traveling medical workers for shorter term at higher rent. No smoking, vaping, drug use, no more than occasional social alcohol consumption. No pets. Tenant may not move in any additional person. Tenant will pay 1/3 to 1/4 of gas, electric, internet, yard care, snow removal, every other week cleaning, etc., depending upon whether there are 3 or 4 roommates sharing the house.
