This is the upper-floor master bedroom with its own private bathroom with a ceiling window and a tub, lightly furnished with a bed, a nightstand, a drawer-dresser, and a sizable closet space. Open living room/kitchen area on the bottom floor is shared. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to Trader Joe's and public transit. Free and safe parking available on Hibbert Street. No smoking is allowed. A 25-pound dog would visit and stay from time to time. Utilities (wifi, electricity, gas) are not included in the rent and split evenly among residents in this household. Let me know when you plan to move and if you have time to visit first. Thanks! 1.
