Room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse style apartment. The room for rent shares a full bathroom with one other room and has access to the half-bath. Current housemates are one female and one male. NO pets allowed. Preference for a mature, working professional or graduate student who is considerate, respectful and clean. The tenant will be expected to participate in general upkeep of common areas, such as trash/recycling disposal and cleaning of the kitchen and shared bathroom. The common areas of the apartment are fully furnished through a combination of the landlord's and Housemate 1's belongings. The kitchen is also currently stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils from Housemate 1. The new tenant is welcome to use these items and is expected to treat them with respect. Note on COVID-19 precautions: The current tenants have been careful to keep a safe and healthy living environment. Anyone scheduled to view the apartment must wear a face mask/covering at all times during the visit. Hand sanitizer is also available upon entry.
