The entrance is on the first level featuring a kitchen fitted with tons of cabinets, microwave, and a dishwasher - stainless steel appliances newly renovated last year. There is also a dining room with two closets, an office nook, and a half bathroom on this floor. You then walk up the stairs to the huge living room, which is covered in sprawling hardwood floors, large windows offering lots of natural light, and a fully functional wood burning fireplace - we enjoyed this a lot this past winter! But that's not even the most spectacular feature of the apartment. The next floor is the bedroom, which fit our king sized bed comfortably. There's a huge walk in closet, and the master bathroom which features the hidden gem of this place - a cedar sauna! Pictures don't do it justice (I'm no photographer so all the photos and video are taken by me, other than the two professional photos I have from when we rented it, and the entire apartment looks even better in person). On the tippity top floor there is a walkway to another large storage closet, and then you are greeted with a huge private terrace. The building has an elevator, a live-in super (who is amazing, above and beyond helpful), and two laundry rooms. Management has been really responsive with everything. Only downside is the lobby was in the middle of renovations and they had to stop because of the pandemic, so it's on pause until they get the greenlight to keep going and is not its best aesthetic self, but is still very secure with entry and the mail. There's a video buzzer in the apartment to let people in, and our packages get delivered to our apartment door. We are breaking our lease, so looking for someone to sublet it through the end of September, or you could start a new lease. + If you sublet it from us (current tenants), rent is $4390 but + If you start a new lease management is renting it for only $3890 as an incentive to sign a year lease now. We can also try to be flexible on the rent if you are able to pay the sublet in full. Either way, this is a no fee apartment other than $20 for a credit check. Apartment is available now. We may be able to show it in person Sun 5/3 or Mon 5/4 with distance/safety precautions in place, but after that we will be moved out and it will be available by virtual showing only.
