The backyard will be shared w/family tenant located in downstairs basement apartment. Backyard has the following fruits you are welcome to pick from: Meyer lemon year-round, apple, fig, 1/2 dozen walnut trees (however you have to beat the squirls to that one). The home is located in a perfect area to commute anywhere outside the city about two minutes from the freeway heading in any direction north or south. Close to public transportation options (5-10 depending on your speed). Elementary school, library, park, small downtown area filled with shops, restaurants, grocery store and spirits. Great place for an individual, couple or small family. Plenty of free public street parking. PG&E and Water is negotiable depending on number of tenants. No more than four tenants. No smoking of any kind. Overnight guests are to be met with approval by Landlord. Lease term is negotiable, six months to one year. Pets are negotiable w/pet deposit.
