There's an old saying that a house isn't truly a home until there's been a birth, a wedding and a death associated with it. This house is in fact a home. Our family and the family before us truly lived here. Like any family, we've had good experiences and bad, but this house represented the importance of coming home and a sense of belonging. Any home can have a fresh coat of paint or updated appliances, but living in a place where people have loved each other and been loved is something special.
