We are friendly but mostly keep to ourselves. In total there are three people living here full-time, and one person who lives here some of the year. You would be sharing the upstairs with two people. We are hoping for someone who is planning to stay through the winter. If you're interested in the room, we'll do a Zoom call first, then show you the place, and then if you would like to move in, we will run a background check which will run $30.
