- No FED activity (evictions) within the last 5 years. This includes late payments that resulted in a landlord taking legal action against you and then dismissing the case when payment was made prior to the court date.
- No bankruptcies or felonies.
- If any of the information that you provide is deemed to be false or misleading, your application will be terminated, and your application fee and security deposit, if applicable, will be forfeited and legal action will be taken against you.
