Hi everyone, I am looking for a tenant for one of the units in my duplex. We just spent months doing some major renovations including putting down new floors, paint, new bathroom and new appliances. The unit has three levels: first level has a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Second floor has 3 large bedrooms and a sun room off of one of the bedrooms that gets drenched in natural light. The second floor has a full bathroom. The third level has a wide open 4th bedroom. Laundry and dryer are in the basement. There is a driveway off street for parking. Landlord pays water, sewage and landfill. Tenant responsible for all other utilities. No Eden voucher, sorry!
