This house is in a nice home on a corner lot with a fenced in back yard. It has been recently remodeled with all new paint and flooring. You will be responsible for all utilities which include electric and water. Tenant is also responsible for yard maintenance. We accept pets with a deposit and $25 month pet fee I do not look at a credit score as much as I look at if you have a good rental history, time on the job. You will have to provide 3 paycheck stubs to verify income. We look for 3X rent to income.
