Fully fenced backyard, gas grill, gas fire pit, private patios with plenty of seating in front and back of house and around fire pit. Extra large driveway holds boats/trailer, holds up to 6 cars plus on the road parking if needed. Fully furnished, fully supplied kitchen, all utilities provided to include electricity, gas, water, wifi, AT&T tv service. Tenet may rent month to month until March 1, 2024, at which time may vacate or negotiate new terms with 1 month prior notice. Tenet pays cleaning fee and all taxes to include Florida taxes and tourist taxes upfront.
