Separate dining and kitchen area. Access to basement for free laundry and storage. Both bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for a queen bed and a desk. Features include: Updated hardwood floors, dishwasher, updated kitchen appliances, built in microwave, free laundry and storage in the basement, private entrance, accessible street parking, non-smoking & pets allowed! We will also leave you our window AC unit free of charge. Rent is $1,250 ($628/person), with $35/month per person for utilities.
